Hi Everyone,

I’m writing from hot and sunny Scotland (promised 27 degrees today). Just finishing my first week back to work after my annual leave. And it was a good week as I have been very organised and healthy. Needed it after being on wild diet on my holiday. I enjoyed my time off. First had a few days with kids, and they helped with things on this photo. Then, I enjoyed my walks and free time. I visited Royal Botanic Garden and Princess Street Gardens and I’ve drunk my first coffee from Starbucks since the lockdown. Me and Felix also walked from home to Balerno and I discovered a pretty little path, which took us to Pentland Hills. The place, I wrote from last Friday.

This work week is finally over, and it is time for relax. Enjoy your weekend! 🙂

The Rialto Bridge, which connects Venice’s districts of San Marco and San Polo is the oldest of the four bridges spanning the Grand Canal.

Ponte di Rialto has been rebuilt several times since its first pontoon bridge built in 1181 by Nicolo Barattieri. In 1255 Nicolo’s bridge was replaced by the wooden bridge, which was similar to one it stands today.

Few days ago, I spent a couple hours in Edinburgh’s Botanical Garden. It was a very sunny day. I knew, I don’t have as much time as usual, but I still decided to enjoy my lunch and wandering around. I am in heaven, more precisely in Pentland Hills heaven. I’m writing to you from Harlow Reservoir at the Pentland Hills. We (me and Felix) walked 5 miles so far, as I discovered a new route from our home, or I’m still working on it. We had a bit of an adventure, as we got lost for a moment and ended up in deep forest with no path, and also we got chased by some nest of flies. However, we still have plenty of fun. And now, we’re resting and having our lunch.

I had not much of sleep this week. And yesterday had to work additional four hours, as I had a group chat training. However, I’m going to rest for the next 10 days.

I’m also happy that I have found time and energy to post on my blog every day from Monday to Friday this week again and I would like to stick with those five days.
